Welcome to Nahib's Mart!
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nahib's Mart. We operate this Pakistan-based online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Nahib's Mart is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By accessing, visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (age of majority in Pakistan).

Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase.
Nahib's Mart may accept or decline your order. Orders are considered accepted only after we process your payment or confirm the order.
Once your order is confirmed, cancellation may not always be possible.
Refunds and returns follow our Refund Policy.

All purchases must be for personal use only, not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS & BILLING
All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change anytime due to market changes, stock fluctuations or promotions.
Prices exclude shipping charges unless mentioned.
You agree to provide valid payment information. Payments may be made via:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Bank Transfer

Easypaisa / JazzCash

Debit or Credit Card (where available)

By completing a purchase, you confirm the payment method is authorized and valid.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY (PAKISTAN)
We ship across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery times may vary by city (typically 2–7 working days).
Delays caused by couriers, weather, national holidays or regional restrictions are not our responsibility.
Once the order is handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website—including logos, images, designs, text and graphics—is owned by Nahib's Mart or licensed to us.
You may not copy, distribute or reuse any material without written permission.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
We may provide access to tools or services by third parties (e.g., payment gateways, shipping trackers).
These are provided as-is and your use of them is at your own risk.

Nahib's Mart is powered by Shopify.
Shopify is not responsible for product quality, shipping, payments or disputes between you and Nahib's Mart.
All transactions are directly between you and Nahib's Mart.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY (PAKISTAN)
Your personal information is collected and processed under our Privacy Policy.
Since we use Shopify, some of your data may be processed internationally.
We follow Pakistan's data protection principles along with Shopify’s global standards.
