1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received a wrong product
The product is damaged or defective
The product is missing items
The product received is not as described
To be eligible for a return:
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories & tags.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Cosmetics & skincare
Fragrances
Undergarments
Sale/Discounted items
Household consumables (cleaning items, opened packs)
3. Return Process
Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram with:
Order number
Product pictures
Reason for return
Our team will verify the issue.
If approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.
Note:
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake is on our end.
4. Refund Options
After approval, you can choose one of the following:
Refund to bank account / Easypaisa / JazzCash
Store credit for future purchases
Product replacement
Refunds usually take 3–7 business days after inspection.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
