  1. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 
  2. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing high order volume, processing may take an extra day.

2. Shipping Time (Within Pakistan)
We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Major Cities: 2–4 business days

Other Areas / Villages: 4–7 business days

Delivery may take longer due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available nationwide.

Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery time. 

Parcel can be opened after payment only (as per courier company rules).

4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: PKR [250]

Free Shipping: Orders above PKR [2999]

5. Order Confirmation
All COD orders require phone number verification by call/SMS/WhatsApp.

Unverified orders may be cancelled automatically.

6. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Courier website link

Estimated delivery date

7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours with:

Order number

Photos of the parcel/item

We will assist you immediately.

8. Incorrect Address / Customer Not Available
If delivery fails due to:

Wrong address

Customer not answering calls

Customer refusing the parcel

Then the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges (if needed).

We currently do not offer international shipping.
